She is quoted ''AUDIO is a trendy modern wine bar, which opens up during the summer months allowing late drinks on warm evenings at normal bar prices. After about midnight (I think! I can never usually remember by that time) the bar closes and the club down stairs opens. Again I wish I could remember and tell you what music they play but I'll give it my best stab at, I think on Friday its funky house, Saturday R & B, and I know on Tuesday its Indie rock. Also there is bar ROGUE, which on a Tuesday has great 2 for 1 drink offers on their house spirits and selected bottles. Prices on the weekends rise but it's always full with a lively atmosphere. Also another firm favourite of mine is CASABLANCA'S. This is a funky small club that on Thursdays have fantastic drink offers, house spirits and mixers for £1.50 until 10, even after 10 there not that expensive and tequila shots for £1....all night!!! Down stairs is where it all happens on a Thursday where they get a live jazz band in to play! Although all it seems that I care about is 'drink offers' (well, got to look after the pennies!) I have treated myself to a bit of class and can recommend some places for those of you have a bit more elegance and style than my poor student self. SANTE FE is a nice wine bar/grill restaurant with lovely cocktails in pretty glasses! SUMOS is a trendy bar club (where rumour has it Jordan and Peter Andre have been spotted drinking, whether on not you see this as classy is down to personal opinion!) but is fun and lively on the weekends. And also on the marina there are some really nice bars, that the names of which escapes me right now! But if you take a wonder through the lanes there are so many nice pubs and bars you are bound to find something to suit your taste.
