Oh no sorry! Brighton’s Dome, you know
the one everybody comes to.
The Dome run by Brighton Festival is made up of three separate buildings:
The
Dome
Originally built as stables for the Prince of Wales in 1805, it was converted
into a concert hall in 1867 and modernised in 1935. The Dome's 1935 Art
Deco interior has been restored and revitalised this year to offer an
1800 seat auditorium.

The Corn
Exchange
Built at the same time as the Dome, The Corn Exchange was originally the
Prince Regent's Riding House and had a gravel floor.
A maple floor, still intact, was installed in 1935.

The
Pavilion Theatre
Built in 1935, it was first used as a supper room and became a theatre
soon afterwards.
This intimate venue offers a 240 capacity seated or 350 capacity standing.
