Famous for being environmentally friendy this can be best sampled through the delicious breakfasts, prepared with mainly organic produce or sourced mostly from local farms.

The Art Deco breakfast room has a menu of celebrated choice; including a variety of imaginative vegetarian and vegan dishes, with many of the choices being home made.
