We are approximately a 15-20 minute from the train station.Leave the station and walk straight ahead until you reach the clock tower. (There is large Boots on the left on the corner) Take a left along north street pass the shops and the Banks until you reach Old Stein (Royal Bank of Scotland on the left corner). Go straight across the traffic lights and the green to reach St James street which is directly opposite as you stand on the corner of Old stein. Paskins Town house is right up the top of St James Street. You pass all the shops and bars etc, cross the road at the traffic lights, at Upper Rock Garden, passing the big church on the corner and Charlotte Street is in the quieter area of St James Street a little further up on the right hand side. Paskins Town House is on the right hand side of Charlotte Street. We normally recommend a taxi, of which there is a never-ending supply at the front of the station. Taxis cost around £5.00. To plan your journey by train check train time tables here. To arrive by Coach
We are about 10 minutes away from the Pool Valley Coach Station. From Pool Valley walk towards the sea front and on to Grand Junction Road. At the Pier round about, cross over to Marine Parade (Harry Ramsden Fish and Chip Shop on the corner) Walk along Marine Parade and Charlotte Street is on the left hand side, (about 10 minute walk.) For information about the National Express Coach services please check here. Arriving by car Take the A23 to Brighton, follow sings towards the sea front and Brighton Pier. When you reach the Pier round about, turn left onto Marine Parade. Charlotte Street is along Marine Parade about the 11th turning on the left. We always suggest you look for the large, gothic, Victorian hotel on the corner that has a large, illuminated white sign. That is the corner of Charlotte Street. Parking In front of Paskins hotel there is currently free street parking on our side of the road and a double yellow opposite. If you cannot see a parking space in our road, it is quite legal for you to park on the double yellow to unload. When you arrive we will give you directions to park. At present the surrounding area there is free on-street parking and even in busy times everyone finds a parking space. Shortly the Council are going to ‘help’ us by excluding parking for all but residents and hotel guests. This should make parking easier but will cost £5.00 a night. There is an NCP not far away from the hotel, which costs approximately £8 per day. There are numerous NCP around Brighton at additional costs. Please check NCP Car Parks. 18/19 Charlotte Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2
