Revised booking conditions as at 1st January 2009.
These supersede all previous conditions and any provided on any third party booking engine.

Reservations
In order to make a reservation the cost of the first nights stay will be charged to the credit/debit card number you provide. This can be refunded in the event of the room(s) being cancelled if we are able to resell the room(s).

Cancellation charges
If a booking is cancelled within 72 hours of the date of arrival or in the event of a ‘no show’ the cost of the entire booking will be charged to the credit/debit card provided.

If a booking is cut short after arrival the cost of the entire booking will be charged.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend you have appropriate travel insurance
Travel Insurance can be obtained from World First Insurance

Booking
When making a booking and providing your credit/debit card details you are agreeing to our terms and conditions

Group bookings are payable in full four weeks before the date of arrival.

Conference bookings fall due for payment in full (less deposit) four weeks in advance of arrival.

Checking in and out
Rooms are guaranteed from 14.00 on the date of arrival. If they are available before hand they will be offered as soon as they are ready.

Reception is open until 20.00 for booking in each day and 21.00 on Fridays.

Booking in at a later time is welcome with prior arrangement.

Check out time can be as late as 12.00 on the date of departure. Later check out times can be arranged with the mutual consent of the manger.

You may leave your cases on the day of your departure and collect them before leaving Brighton

Privacy Policy
Paskins Hotel Limited does not disclose guest’s information to third parties. Paskins Hotel Limited will use your details to process a booking should you wish to do so. We may from time to time send you information and offers which may be of interest to you.
