We have been a ‘green’ hotel for more than 17 years but that doesn’t mean we preach to you. We are just acting as we see fit.

We are not a chain hotel or a gimmicky hotel.

Our breakfasts taste good because we source organic and local ingredients and we have been doing that for the last 17 years.

Ignore the above point. It’s because the breakfast chef is brilliant. Who else cooks 13 different breakfasts each morning?

Awareness of each guest's needs with nothing being too much trouble for this Brighton Hotel. All but three bedrooms are en suite. Excellent quality beds and furnishings. Breakfast includes specials/home-made items, high quality ingredients, and fresh local produce.
