Reservations
In order to make a reservation the first night's stay will be charged to your card as a non-refundable deposit, the balance will be due on arrival*.

bookings of 4 nights or more - a 25% non-refundable deposit will be charged to your card, the balance will be due on arrival*.
Bookings made through third party websites the full amount is taken and non-refundable.
Amendments/Changes/Re-scheduling to bookings
Unfortunately, we do not accept 'amendments' 'changes' or 're-scheduling' of dates to bookings, if a change/amendment/re-schedule is required for a booking the normal cancellation charges will apply to the original booking dates.
Late bookings.
Where bookings are made for arrival to be within 72 hours, full payment will be made on the credit/debit card.
no refunds offered for any cancellations.
Room availability:
Rooms are guaranteed from 15.00 on the date of arrival. If they are available beforehand they will be offered as soon as they are ready.

Check-ins/Check-outs:
Reception is open until 19.00 for checking in.
Booking in at a later time is possible with prior arrangement.

Check out time is 11.00 on the date of departure. Later check out times can be arranged with the mutual consent of the manger.
You may leave your cases on the day of your departure and collect them before leaving Brighton.
These supersede all previous conditions and any provided on any third party booking engine.
We offer discounts of 10% on room tariffs if you are a member of the Vegetarian Society, Vegan Society. This is offered only on bookings made directly with us, either by telephone or e-mail. Please quote '10% discount' on booking and, when you arrive, show us your membership card and the discount will be applied to you bill.
